I began my professional writing journey in 2014, working with a website design company. Through hands-on experience I learned programs like WordPress, and how to elevate client portfolios through search engine optimization.

 

I took my interest in writing and those initial skills with me to Colorado State University where I completed my degree in Journalism and minor in Legal Studies. Educated in traditional journalism, I explored a variety of writing styles from articles to specialized magazines and news reporting. I became a writer and photographer for university publications and eventually the editor of our newspaper. Thereafter, I began exploring writing and design for digital spaces such as blogs, infographics and social media.

While I primarily write for design and marketing firms to elevate client portfolios, I frequently engage with private clients, and have written on topics ranging from dentistry to architecture and beauty. I specialize in business-to-consumer, as well as business-to-business copywriting, staying beyond trend with SEO-driven, research-backed, engaging content for your demographic.
